Will do ! Dave's only complaint if you can call it that..was that it had two small barely noticiable seams...one near the middle the other near the tail...not a big problem for me since I plan to repaint it anyway to look like the JP one...so a little filling wouldn't be a problem...  |

My local dealer finally placed an order with Safari... so I picked up the Oviraptor with Nest piece ( very well done....though I'm not sure baby Ovi's would have such bright colors ), the new Diplo ( extremely pleased ) and WS Allos..which I had to have 3 of...lol They are currently here beside me threatening my Diplo..which does look scared I admit. One of these guys is getting some red markings I think ..it can be the Alpha of my pack...  I do have to wait for the rest though prob til next month...I did tell her some might be out of stock due to popularity... :/ |

Went to Target to today and they were clearencing out their Schleich dinos...I picked up a spare Velociraptor , Apatosaurus, Spinosaurus, Quetzal, Stego and Allo for 1-2.00 each...
Also picked up the WS Triceratops...which really looks a lot like the Jurassic Park one...and a couple more WS Allos...these things are great a little heat and there are so many possibilities for posing them...I closed ones mouth and put in a running position..and the other I made into a knocked down pose...the carnegie Diplo looks like it just whacked him...lol

Papo Allosaurus. I finally caved *reddens* ;D As many of you know, I have long had my doubts about the Papo Godzillasaurus, and was not planning on buying it, given that I am in the process of breaking up most of my collection anyway. However, I could not let pass another attack against the Papo dinosaurs without showing some support for the brand of dinosaurs that has raised very high the bar for what is now considered an acceptable dinosaur figure. I was livid when I read that Papo had not yet attained the level of Safari or even Schleich  How can anyone in his right mind even speak of the Papo rex and those of Schleich and Carnegie in the same sentence?  |

The Papo dinosaurs are 'uninspired' I have seen what many of these 'collectors' [sic] consider 'classics' and I can safely say that if they arrived in a big lot I would throw them directly into the garbage since it is insulting to offer them to a charity for needy children |
