Largest carnivore: Spinosaurus; est. 56 ft long, 13 tons Longest dinosaur: Seismosaurus at 131 ft -- although it is probably an old Diplodocus, so diplodocus is a safe answer Tallest dinosaur: Brachiosaurus--head was held at height of 40 ft Smallest dinosaur: ?Compsognathus (3 ft) Heaviest & largest herbivore: Argentinosaurus -- 90 tonnes, 115 ft long.
There are numerous sauropods which are supposedly longer, heavier, or taller than the dinosaurs mentioned above (sauroposeidon, supersaurus, paralititan, etc etc); however, many of the remains are fragmentary--a neck vertebra here, a femur there--so it is not possible to give reasonable estimates. It is likely that most of these 'giants' are simply aged, long-lived members of the more commonly known genera.
