"Sarcosuchus" on the other site mentioned that there is news about Papo, or in his terms "There are some news of this excellent recreations of JP dinosaurs." However, he didn't put what news I've been searching as may be expected for news on Papo 2007 but nothing on Google so far--though since Papo is expected to attend several toy fairs in the next few months we may have some developments *keeps fingers crossed*

I am now the pround owner of a Papo Stegosaurus! The store in Edmonton had the Trike as well, but I passed on it for now. I will get it next time, for sure. The Triceratops and Stego were both $16.90 CDN, pretty cheap IMO. He also had alot of Safari/Scheilch Dinosaurus. I hope I get back there, to the "Science Shop", soon.

Well, you could move to Alberta and be surrounded by Dinosaur toys.

I was thinking of going on a drive, but I guess it's going to be too cold soon My layer of blubber is not thick enough yet to withstand snow at this time of the year ;D Unfortunately, Papo has not responded yet to my request for 2007 dinosaur information. I guess one has to be a business client for them to respond

My guess is in the next line there will be a new large carnivore, most likely a Spinosaurus.

A spinosaur would fit in with the current trend of Papo--the first wave were dinos from JP, the second from TLW, and thus the hoped-for third would be from JP3.
The only reason I am waiting for JP4 is that Papo will eventually base a line of dinosaurs on those featured in the movie ;D Otherwise, with all the talk about mutant, machine-gun wielding raptors, I'd pass on JP4.

Whimsical thought at 2 am: when Papo runs out of JP dinosaurs to, er, be inspired by ;D , they could always do--Walking with Dinosaurs/Chased by Sea Monsters figures. That would mean a plateosaurus, coelophysis, tapejara, ornithocheirus, eustreptospondylus, rhamphorhyncus, cryptoclidus, diplodocus, brachiosaurus, othnelia, dryosaurus, hypsilophodon, anatotitan, ornithocheirus, anurognathus, metriorhyncus, leedsichthys, tylosaurus, mosasaurus, archelon, brontosaurus, triceratops, argentinosaurus, giganotosaurus, saurolophus, therizinosaurus, tarbosaurus, hesperornis, basilosaurus, megalodon, mononykus, muttaburrasaurus, leallynasaura, dwarf allosaurus, horseshoe crabs, dunkleosteus, pteranodon, koolasuchus ... the mind boggles ... Instead of those we're stuck with JPD

Huh, I found a store in Montana where they sell Schleich AND Papo, but no Papo dinos. I grabbed a catolouge and showed the cashier who in very bad English explained they did not carry them.

Same here, the toy store carries Papo knights and fantasy monsters (one of them looks suspiciously like Shrek) but no dinos

I got an email from Toyosaurus today. They got a new batch of Papo Dinos shipped to them today, so they said within the next 7 days they will have them!

Yup, so now you can *hint hint* complete your Papo dino collection ;D Papo still hasn't responded to my email about next year's releases though And apparently I'm not the only one they're snubbing, even the Dinosaur Collector from Prehistoric Times magazine hasn't been given the info. Sadly they're beginning to behave like Assbr*, our favorite toy company
