Bullyland 2007

Bullyland has definitely decided to up the ante--they have released 7 new dinosaur sculpts and repaints for 2007. (I wish Papo would have the guts to do the same). Some of them are the usual dinos that have new molds, like the stegosaurus:


I like this one.

Triceratops:

I'm getting this too.

Parasaurolophus. This one is a disappointment--it's actually less attractive than the original. The Kinto one is similar, and much better.


Dilophosaurus:


Then there's something called an arizonasaurus ?! :


And a Parathypothorax


There's a new dimetrodon, but it's icky.

The Dilo is kinda of ugly.

Some of them are already available in Germany, but shipping will probably be incredible.

I was watching WWD this afternoon, and I noticed that the Bullyland stegosaurus looks like the stego in the scene where he is flushing his plates to intimidate the attacking allosaurus?

The Triceratops above (actually a repaint of their newer triceratops sculpt) is now out, as well as an archaeopteryx repaint, which has a white head and looks like a dino ghost The Bully Stego seems to be popular, it is sold out in an outlet. Certainly the Bully Stego and Trike are now a match for any dinosaur in production, and only slightly less detailed than Papo.
