Procon, the company that is planning to release the agustinia, eustreptospondylus, etc., has a webiste catalog that shows that they are planning to release even more dinosaurs soon. Capsule review of the 2007 line:
Spinosaurus:
The color scheme is exactly like the one of the spinosaur in The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs by Dougal Dixon. Too bad the sculpt is, shall we say, not up to Papo standards -- though the gavial-shaped snout is more accurate than that of the Papo Spino.
Baryonyx:
Better than the new Toyway NHM baryonyx as well as Hasbro's baryonyxes, but nothing special. The Invicta baryonyx is still the best.
Eustreptospondylus:
Another copy from the Illustrated Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs. Nothing special--though eustreptospondylus was not a particularly interesting dinosaur, so it isn't entirely Procon's fault ;D
Styracosaurus:
Now we're talking. The most active sculpt for a styracosaurus I've come across. Definitely on my want list.
Agustinia:
Somehow the position of the armor and spikes is wrong--mating must have been a hellish experience if the spines were positioned like that ;D-- but I'm getting it anwyay.
Neovenator:
Nothing special. Neovenator is noted for having a relatively smooth head, i.e. no ridges or horns.
Allosaurus:
Respectable, but nothing more. The Schleich Jr (Ralph), the Bullyland, the WwD, and the TLW allosaur are better.
Iguanodon:
Nothing noteworthy, except that strange dopey expression on its face and the white stripes on its back, which is an obvious attempt to allude to the WwD iguanodon.
Parasaurolophus:
*Sigh* It looks like a generic Madinachinasaur. Papo, Kinto, Battat, Safari have done better.
Hydrotherosaurus:
Note that the neck is pointed directly forward, which is the currently accepted posture, and not the swan necks of Safari. Also on my list.
Dilophosaurus:
Thor should find this familiar--this is an obvious imitation of the Battat dilophosaur. At least it shows Procon has taste when it copies dinosaur designs ;D If one has to imitate anybody it might as well beHasbro Battat.
Ankylosaurus:
The color scheme is copied from, of all dinos, the Bullyland brontosaurus. The armor plating on its back is not quite accurate, but reflects the new reconstructions of ankylosaurus--ankys did not have sharp spikes on its armor, just flat plates. I like it
